[HINTS: Contd-To be continued, M- Month, ±M- Before or After Meal, AM- After Meal, ½HBM- ½ Hour Before Meal,W- Week, D-Day.2HAM- 2 Hour After Meal,bid-Twice daily, tid-Three times daily,qid-Four times daily.]

1.Tab. Metoclopramide (10 mg)
1 tab-tid (½ HBM) —————1/2 W or more.

2. Cap. Omeprazole (20/40 mg)
Or,
Tab. Esomeprazole (20/40 mg)
1 tab/cap-bid (½ HBM) —————1 /2 M

3.Combination of Aluminium Hydroxide, Magnesium Hydroxide
& Simethicone in Tablet(Chewable)[2+2+2]
or Suspension form[2 tsf – tid] ————-2 /4W.

4. Tab. Hyoscine Butylbromide (10/20mg) Or, Tiemonium Methylsulphate(50mg)
1 tab (AM) —————————–SOS.

5.Tab.Bromazepam (3mg)
1 tab at night (BM) —————————2 /4 W
