3.Tab. Hyoscine Butylbromide (10/20mg)
1 tab(AM) —————————SOS [If abdominal pain]

4.Tab.Chloroquine (250mg)[Only in chronic cases – after 10 days of  taking Tab. Metronidazole]
2 tab-bid(AM) —————————2 D, Then
2 tab-once daily (AM) —————————More 21 D.
