1.Tab. Metoclopramide (10 mg)

2.Combination of Aluminium Hydroxide, Magnesium Hydroxide
& Simethicone in Tablet (Chewable)[2+2+2]
or Suspension form[2 tsf – tid] ————-2 /4W.

3.Tab.Chlorpromazine (25mg)
1 tab-bid/tid (AM) —————7D

4.Tab. Procyclidine Hydrochloride (5 mg)
½ tab-bid/tid  ——————————–7D
