1.Triamcinolone 0.1% in orabase
Apply over lesion – 2-3 times daily————–7 Days
2. Lidocaine(Lignocain) 2 % gel or, 5 % ointment
– Apply over ulcer – tid ———————- 7 Days
3. Povidone Iodine, gargle & mouthwash (1%)
-2 tsf with 10 ml of warm water & gargle
for 30 sec —–qid —————————— 7 Days
4. Tab. Prednisolone  [In case of recurrent aphthous ulcers]
40-60 mg/ day (AM) as a single morning dose which is tapered over 7 days.
5.Cap. Omeprazole (20/40 mg)/ Tab. Esomeprazole (20/40 mg) [Along with Oral Steroid]
1 cap/tab-bid (½ HBM) —————1 / 2 M
