1. Tab . Cetirizine (10 mg)
1 tab-once daily(Preferably at night) (±M) ——————————2 /3 W
Or,
Tab .[Pseudoephedrine Hcl + Loratadine] (120/5 ,240/10 mg)
1 tab-once daily(Preferably at night) (±M) ——————————2 /3 W
Or,
Tab .Fexofenadin Hcl (30 , 60 , 120 , 180 mg)
1 tab-once daily(Preferably at night) (±M) ——————————2 /3 W

2. Tab . Paracetamol (±Caffeine)[If there is fever or headache]
1 or 2 tab-tid/qid (±M) ——————————1 /2  W

3. Xylometazoline Hcl Nasal drop/ spray (0.05 %, 0.1 %,0.5%)
2 puff or,3 /4 drops into each nostril – tid ————–7 D
Or,
Oxymetazoline Hcl Nasal drop/ spray (0.025 %, 0.05 %)
2 puff or,3 /4 drops into each nostril – tid ————–7 D

4. Tab . Vitamin C (250mg)
1 tab-tid (±M) [Chewable]——————————2  W.

5. Tab . Ketotifen (1.38 mg / 1 mg)
1 tab-once at night / bid (AM) —————– 2  W

6. Tab . Vitamin B complex
1 tab-once daily / bid (AM) —————– 2 W

7. Nasal spray- Beclomethasone Dipropionate / Fluticasone Propionate {If Patient has Bronchial Asthma}
2 puff on each nostril – bid –  ————2 /3 W
Or,
Nasal spray-  Budesonide {In case of Pregnancy}
2 puff on each nostril – bid –  ————2 /3 W
Or,
Nasal spray- Mometasone Furoate {If Patient has nasal polyp}
2 puff on each nostril – bid –  ————2 /3 W
Or,
Nasal spray-Triamcinolone Acetonide {Appropriate for children & in long term use}
2 puff on each nostril – bid – —————————–2 /3 W
8. Nasal drop – Sodium cromoglycate(2 %)
1 / 2 drops – on each nostril – 4 hourly ——————3 W
