1) Symptoms of CVS (Cardiovascular system):

The following are the symptoms of CVS

Chest pain

Palpitation

Dizziness

Syncope

Breathlessness

Edema

Fatigue

Frothy sputum

Cough.

2) Symptoms of Respiratory system:

The following are the symptoms of respiratory system

Cough

Haemoptysis (passage of blood with cough)

Breathlessness

Chest pain

Chest tightness

Wheeze (audible rhonchi)

Fever.

3) Symptoms of Alimentary system:

The following are the symptoms of alimentary system-

Anorexia (loss of appetite)

Nausea

Vomiting

Abdominal pain

Abdominal distension (or abdominal swelling)

Dysphagia

Heart burn

Hiccup

Indigestion

Diarrhea

Constipation

Painful mouth

Weight loss

Thirst

Flatulence

Incontinence of feces

Haematemesis (passage of blood with vomitus)

Melaena (passage of altered blood with stool)

Rectal fresh bleeding

Yellow coloration of skin and sclera

Fever.

4. Symptoms of Genitourinary system:

The following are the symptoms of genitourinary system

Urogenital pain

Dysuria (painful micturation)

Polyuria (increased volume of micturation)

Oliguria(decreased volume of micturation)

Anuria (absence of micturation)

Nocturia

Frequency of micturition

Urgency

Retention of urine

Urinary incontinence

Haematuria (passage of blood with urine)

Pneumaturia (passage of air with urine)

Menstrual & obstetric history (only in female)

History of sexual exposure

Fever.

5. Symptoms of Locomotor system:

The following are the symptoms of locomotor system-

Joint swelling

Joint pain

Joint stiffness

Weakness

Fever.

6. Symptoms of Nervous system:

The following are the symptoms of nervous system

Headache

Unconsciousness (faint, syncope, seizure)

Involuntary movements (e.g. tremor, athetosis, chorea etc)

Convulsion

Weakness of either side or whole of the body

Speech disorder

Paresthesia

Numbness.
