All of the human beings are suffering from various types of diseases in different stages of their lives and therefore they have to go to the doctors for treatment of diseases. Doctors take details history of the diseases, perform clinical examination and give advices to do investigations in appropriate cases for writing a prescription. There are many variations in dosage formulations of drugs e.g. bd, tds, qds etc and time of intake of those drugs in relation to meal, e.g. before or after meal.
